Its primary mission is to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the US securities markets. It does this by creating and enforcing rules, conducting examinations, monitoring markets, and disciplining those who violate federal securities laws and FINRA's rules.

This service is for storing your electronic fingerprint information on a secure web server only. It DOES NOT include any submission or the receipt of fingerprint cards.
Please note the following:
- Archiving is NOT available to residents of Illinois
- Archiving is NOT available for ink fingerprinting
- Archiving is NOT for ATF
- Archiving is NOT for SWFT

Once an appointment has been made, no refunds will be issued, and payment is due upfront. Only in extreme circumstances are we able to issue a refund for any of our services.
