Pro LiveScan Services provides individual fingerprinting for several purposes.

Please note that fingerprinting services are expensive. Therefore, we ask that customers pay upfront before making an appointment. When you make a mobile appointment, please double-check your contact number, as we will call you to confirm your address. Also, there will be NO REFUNDS given to no-shows. This includes going to an incorrect location and simply not paying attention to the appointment details.

If your fingerprints are rejected by the authority or body for which you needed them, we will only take reprints with a rejection letter from the FBI or the state of Texas. Without one, you will have to pay for additional fingerprints.

Finally, if you need to make a fingerprinting appointment for HAZMAT/TWIC purposes, DO NOT make one with Pro LiveScan Services. Rather, please visit identogo.com. If you do make an appointment with us for this purpose, a refund WILL NOT be issued.
